iOS health diary app

Seeing my grandparents and many relatives suffer from various health conditions and struggle to stay on top of their daily vital data collection and medications, I saw value in developing an app that could serve as a digital healthy diary. “Illumihealth” allows users to log vital data and share it with a doctor, receive reminders to take medications, and keep track of upcoming appointments.
